Our Boot Camp Fitness classes are a group fitness class led by one of our qualified and experienced coaches, we will take you through a full body warm up to prepare your body for the exercises that are ahead.  


You will perform all manner of different exercises during a boot camp class. These could be body weight exercises, or movements with dumbbells, barbells or kettlebells, and everything in between like rowing, biking, the use of medicine balls, and the list goes on, but no two sessions are ever the same. At Gym 180° we like to give our members variety.  


Regardless of your age, ability, fitness level or how long you have trained for we can progress or regress each exercise to suit your needs.
