To workout at Gym 180° you don't need previous boxing experience or have to be a fighter as
one of our experienced coaches will show you the way, whether that's in one of our group classes or with 1 on 1 personal training.
At Gym 180 our sessions suit everyone, from fitness lovers looking for a great workout and to learn new skills or fighters looking for great coaching, you do the punching and we show you how to do it correctly.

LADIES ONLY COMBAT
This ladies only Martial Arts class is great for women who are interested in learning the art Muay Thai Kickboxing and want to improve their fitness, while they enjoy their training in a unique and different way.
